Eligibility

Accepts people in stretchers, wheelchairs, walkers or canes and ambulatory patients

Up to 2 caregivers can usually ride free, check when scheduling ride if this is possible.

Call for rates and to book a ride Rides provided 6:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday

Fee

Private pay and Medical Assistance, South Country, U-Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Medicaid insurances. Please note: In many cases, service is covered by various Minnesota Medical Assistance programs.

Medicare does not cover non-emergency medical transportation.

Company does not participate in the Wisconsin Medical Assistance program.
