The SmartLink Transit program offers Dial-A-Ride, Medical Assistance and a Volunteer Driver Program.
The Dial-a-Ride program is a shared-ride transit service. Rides are available through a reservation only.
- All buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts
- By request, the driver can assist you to/from the outside door of a rider's home to the first door of the destination
- Passengers needing supervision or assistance must bring their own worker to assist them
- Evening and weekend service available in Scott County only
The Hop Scott Volunteer Driver Program provides rides to ambulatory passengers when the Dial-a-Ride program does not have the space or time slot available.

Application Instructions
All ride requests are subject to availability and it is recommended to call 2 - 3 days in advance. Reservations can be scheduled up to 7 calendar days in advance.
Dial-a-Ride: Call to reserve a ride If you need to cancel a ride, please call at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled ride time to avoid a no show. A message can be left 24 hours a day.

Medical Assistance: Review the website for reimbursement information.
Dial-a-Ride: Rates vary based on time of day. Riders pay at pick up. Drivers cannot make change, so please bring the correct fare.
