Additional Information

Ujima Family Resilience Program follows the S.E.L.F curriculum, a trauma-informed psychoeducational group curriculum as a means to address the symptoms of trauma by providing education around trauma recovery and healing.

Eligibility

Ramsey County Target Population:

• Families of any background with youth 6 years or older
• Residents of Ramsey County

Hennepin County Target Population:

• Families with at least ONE child between the ages of 6-12 - Other children in the family are then allowed to participate
• Experience of traumatic stress
• Residents of Hennepin County (North Minneapolis residents given precedence)
