Description

Provides financial help to people with a health condition or disability so that they can pay medical bills or other expenses related to health care.

Additional Information

The Financial Aid Funds program provides small grants for expenses outside of medical costs to patients who meet financial and medical criteria.

Grants are provided on first-come first served basis and are distributed until funds are depleted.
