Eligibility

Any family receiving benefits through Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT), Medical Assistance, WIC, Head Start or Foster Care

Fee

Eligible families receive free membership for 1 year of unlimited access for up to 2 adults and all children under age 18 and younger living in a single household or 2 grandparents and all of their grandchildren.
