Description
Provides financial help to people with a health condition or disability so that they can pay medical bills or other expenses related to health care.
Additional Information
Helps eligible patients pay for costs related to their rare disease that they could not otherwise afford.
Offers financial assistance for:
- Medications
- Insurance premiums and patient co-pays fees
- Diagnostic testing assistance
- Travel assistance for clinical trials or consultation with disease specialists
- Caregiver respite
