Offers services to help low-income Band members and their families to end dependency on assistance and to achieve a self-sufficient lifestyle

Provides a comprehensive system of:

- Temporary Cash Assistance

- Adult Support Services
- Food Support Program
- Financial assistance for family stabilization or employment related barriers
- Career Training for Adults
- Driver's Education

- CPR and First Aid
- The Work Experience (WEX) Program is a 720-hour on-the-job work experience training program
- Youth and teen support services and activities
There are services for youth, adults and elders.
AanjiBimaadizing also administers the Mille Lacs Band's Elder Needs-Based Supplemental Income Program.
