This can include classes, workshops, information, educational opportunities, or equipment/supplies.
Additional Information
A monthly group pregnancy care class if available to American Indian families in the Bemidji community.
Topics may include nutrition, exercise, labor and delivery, family roles and responsibilities, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
Anishinaabe doula staff are available to help with prenatal education, information and referrals and lactation support.
