Description
The primary service offered is case management which means establishing a plan that will prevent the same housing crisis from happening in the future.
Case managers will give you resources, referrals, help with applications and budget counseling.
Sometimes able to assist with:
- Past-due rent or mortgage
- First month's rent and deposit for individuals and families that are homeless
- Helping you establish a plan for a more stable future
Financial assistance to solve the housing crisis is not guaranteed in all situations.
