Eligibility

Eligibility requirements:

  • Adults and children who do not have health insurance or have insurance that does not cover the cost of the vaccinations
  • Children under 18 who are on Minnesota Medical Assistance (MA), MinnesotaCare, or a Prepaid Medical Assistance Program (PMAP)
  • Children under 18 who are American Indian or Alaskan Native.

A $20 administration fee is requested for the administration of each vaccination, but no one will be turned away if they are unable to pay.
