Current proof of address documents are required on the first visit.
Application Instructions
Available by appointments or during Thursday walk-in hours as often as every other week. Bring a photo ID to the appointment.
Hours: 1:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday 9:00am - 12:00pm and 2:00pm - 5:00pm, Wednesday 5:00pm - 7:00pm, Thursday 9:00am - 12:00pm, Friday
