Description
Blind or visually impaired support services offer direct support to people who are blind, deaf-blind or with low vision. Programs may teach Independent Living Skills (ILS) to people with a visual impairment.

Eligibility
Eligibility varies by program.
For Adult Continuing Education:
- Individuals ages 14 or older who are blind or meet low vision eligibility requirements and are able to understand courses written in English at the high school level
