Description
Food is distributed to those who need it. The emergency food is typically made available through donations.
Additional Information
Clients can use the regular food shelf once per month to select a full grocery order and items that you would prefer such as baby items, laundry detergent, dish soap, baking items, and personal care items, if they are available.
ECHO Delivers brings food to families who are unable to get to the food shelf, call if you need a food delivery.
An additional food package is offered during pregnancy. Monthly formula vouchers are available to children under one year old.
ECHO Extras program is a program to choose from items that they have in abundance, this program may be used once per week.
Offers Thanksgiving Baskets which contain a turkey or ham and other food items to complete a Thanksgiving meal. This service is offered the week before Thanksgiving.
Provides summer food program for children during the summer months when school lunches are not available. Families received food once per week.

Eligibility
Eligibility is self-declared. Anyone who is currently within 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines is eligible.
Those experiencing financial crisis, such as job upheaval or medical emergencies, are also eligible regardless of income level.

New clients may complete the regular order form to customize your order and schedule a time for pickup by calling (507) 345-7508.
Food distribution: 11:00pm - 4:30pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:30am - 6:30pm, Thursday
Each household is eligible to visit the food shelf up to 12 times per year. There must be a waiting period of seven days between visits.
Food will be brought to you outside.
