Eligibility
- Applicant must be 18 years of age or older and living in Ramsey or Washington County
- Household must have a total income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline
- The vehicle being repaired must be required to maintain or obtain employment
- Applicant must have a valid MN driver's license and be able to provide proof that they are the owner of the vehicle and have current insurance coverage
- Car must meet the standards for the program
- Vehicle must be 15 years or newer
