Provides a temporary place to stay for people that do not have housing
Description
Offers temporary shelter for those who are homeless or need a place to stay. Space may be available on-site, or may be provided at other nearby locations.

- Family Service Center Shelter: Up to 120 consecutive nights of shelter for families
- Higher Ground Shelter - Minneapolis: 171 shelter spaces
- Higher Ground Shelter - St. Paul: overnight emergency shelter for single men and women
- Higher Ground Shelter - St. Paul Medical Respite: Provides a place of healing for homeless adults who are too injured or sick to be on the street or in a shelter, but not sick enough to be in a hospital
- Hope Street Shelter: Shelter for young adults ages 18 - 24 offering supportive services including food, clothing, laundry, medical care and case management
