Provides financial help to people with a health condition or disability so that they can pay medical bills or other expenses related to health care.

Additional Information

Members pay an annual membership fee, and then are eligible to receive discounted services from providers who choose to participate in the program. The plan does not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers.
