Eligibility

To be eligible applicants must have:

• A referral by a workplace, agency or church that explains the need and compliance with their program.
• A current driver's license
• Proof of residency in Douglas, Pope, Stevens or Otter Tail County
• Current pay stub or proof of other income
• This car must be the sole means of transportation for your household
• Be willing to attend car clinic classes
• The ability to obtain car insurance

Individuals who have received a car or car repairs previously from the Car Care Program are not eligible.
