Additional Information

Mother Nurture is a free ongoing counseling program focusing on post-partum support for all moms, no matter how long after childbirth.

• Each person receives a mom care kit and learns from classes on caregiving, managing your relationship with your partner, and transitioning back to work.
• Information from dietician consults, family management resources and yoga

Peers groups are offers ongoing support to mothers 13+ weeks post delivery. Aims to eliminate loneliness and isolation of motherhood and help access resources for new parents in the community.

Eligibility

All new moms 4+ weeks post-delivery

Application Instructions

Apply online for either group.

Group sessions for mothers 4 - 12 weeks post-delivery are selected on a first come, first served basis.

Peer groups for mothers 13+ weeks post-delivery meet every other week. Participants are selected at random.
