A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support.

Additional Information

Baby Cafés are free, drop-in, informal breastfeeding support groups offering ongoing professional lactation care and intervention.

• Breastfeeding problems are not needed to attend, open to pregnant women
• Most are open for 2 hours at least once a week
• Some communities have more than one, meeting different days of the week.
