Description
Legal aid program that offers legal counseling and/or representation for low-income individuals, typically in the areas of disability law, elder law and family law
Free or low cost legal services help people who are unable to afford a lawyer get access to the court system.
Additional Information
Provides immigration legal services including:
- Green card applications (I-485 permanent residence)
- United States citizenship applications (N-400 naturalization)
- Family-based visas (Affidavit of Relationship (AOR) or P-3 program – a special family sponsorship program for refugees from specific countries)
- Travel documents and document replacements (for I-94 and green cards)
- Work Permits (I-765 employment authorization)
