The Apple Tree Cares Program provides urgent care tooth extractions for uninsured patient in need.

• Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 9:00pm at the Mounds View Center for Dental Health
• Care provided by the School of Dentistry student volunteers under the supervision of their faculty

Fee

They accepts and file all insurance and also accept Care Credit, Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts as a payment option at all clinic locations. Does not accept North Dakota Medical Assistance
