    • Provides a full menu of on-site services to nursing facilities, group homes, Head Start centers, schools and assisted living
    • Mobile sites are coordinated out of nearby hub centers: New Brighton Community Outreach Center, Hawley Center, Rochester Center, and Fairmont Center

The Apple Tree Cares Program provides urgent care tooth extractions for uninsured patients in need.

  • Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 9:00pm at the Mounds View Center for Dental Health
  • Care provided by the School of Dentistry student volunteers under the supervision of their faculty

They accepts and file all insurance and also accept Care Credit, Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts as a payment option at all clinic locations. Does not accept North Dakota Medical Assistance

$25 free will donation requested for the Apple Tree Cares Program
