Non-governmental energy assistance program that helps pay for home utilities, such as natural gas, oil, propane or electricity

There are several programs to help with electrical, gas, and utility bills for people who are unable to afford service in Minnesota.

Participates in the Minnesota Cold Weather Rule and MN Senior Discount Program.
