Time-limited housing and support services for individuals and/or families

Description

Provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need of safe housing.

Transitional housing helps people live independently, address issues that led to homelessness or kept them homeless, rebuild their support network and transition into permanent housing.

The length of time a person can use the program is limited.

Offers transitional housing programs with wrap around services for men and for women and children to help each individual enter into safe and stable housing and get off the streets for good

Wraparound care addresses the complex issues surrounding homelessness and includes support for:

  • Mental health care
  • Supportive services
  • Adult education
  • Skills training

Programs include:

  • Housing Plus - Transitional housing for those with a source of income
  • ACTS Training Program - Transitional housing for men that provides case management, mental health care, and teaches skills and structure to get off the streets for good
  • Naomi Family Program - Residential programs and wraparound supportive care for women and women with children
  • Veterans' Housing Program - Short-term and long-term housing and support for U.S. veterans
  • Christ Recovery Center - Residential recovery program for men struggling with substance abuse and addiction
