Legal help for low-income individuals
Description
Legal aid program that offers legal counseling and/or representation for low-income individuals.
Free or low cost legal services help people who are unable to afford a lawyer get access to the court system.
Additional Information
Volunteer Attorneys meet one-on-one with clients for 20 - 30 minute sessions concerning divorce and custody issues via phone.
- Offers services according to legal needs, eligibility, and capacity of the programs.
Please note, Tubman does not provide assistance for elder law or disability law.
