Parenting for the Future builds skills with parents who have cognitive limitations adversely affecting their parenting skills and who have a child under age five living at home.

Four Directions multicultural, therapeutic preschool in South Minneapolis for children age 16 months - 12 years

• Offers full-day, year-round education
• Includes access to Ojibwe and Dakota language immersion classrooms

North Minneapolis Preschool offers a full-day, year-round multicultural, therapeutic education and care from infants age 6 weeks - kindergarten-ready

Eligibility

Parents with cognitive limitations adversely affecting their parenting skills who have at least one child under age five living at home.

Application Instructions

Referrals are made by Hennepin County, hospitals, nurses, social workers and other agencies, or by self-referral.
