Additional Information
Provides in-home support to parents navigating mental health challenges. Services include:
- Emotional support for the challenges of parenting, including those related to mental health
- Developmental guidance to help parents understand how their child is growing, learning, and behaving
- Insight into how a parent's own history and life experiences may impact their relationship with their child
- Connections to community resources that support family stability and success
- Advocacy to ensure families receive the services they need

Eligibility
Infant-Parent Development:
- Must live in Hennepin County
Participation is voluntary. Families may stay enrolled for up to four years.
Early Childhood Home Visiting Program:
- Families with children birth - kindergarten.
- Priority is given to first-time parents with a child under 13 months.
Participation is voluntary. Families may be enrolled for up to two years.
Application Instructions
Families can call to ask for help. Referrals also can be made by family members, friends and professionals.
