Southwest (SW) Prime is an on-demand (dial-a-ride) public transit service.
- The service is curb-to-curb
- Accessible for wheelchairs, walkers and bikes
- Southwest (SW) Prime Essential service provides rides on SW Prime to and from select grocery stores and pharmacies in the SW Prime area, not including Shakopee and 494 corridor
