• Emergency Assistance Programs may include help with first month's rent and/or damage deposit, rental assistance, and utility assistance. Also provided are emergency travel vouchers, and baby supplies.
• Child Welfare Program - Preserves the health and welfare of the children of the SMSC
• Child care Subsidy Program
