Time-limited housing and support services for individuals and/or families
Description
Provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need of safe housing.
Transitional housing helps people live independently, address issues that led to homelessness or kept them homeless, rebuild their support network and transition into permanent housing.
The length of time a person can use the program is limited.
Additional Information
Harbor Light Center offers sober transitional housing to men and women for up to two years.
The Foyer Housing Program at the Booth Brown House offers transitional housing to young people age 16 - 21.

Offers stable and affordable housing to young people age 16 - 24, with the support and resources necessary to make the transition to independence
Each tenant signs a lease and rents a furnished efficiency apartment.
The Foyer program has 10 transitional efficiency apartments
Transitional housing:
