Application Instructions
Applications are accepted between November 1 - 27, Monday - Friday, from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. They must be completed in person. After the application is submitted, an appointment will be scheduled to come back to receive the toys and food items.
You will need to bring the following required information when you apply or you will be asked to come back another day:
- Identification for all household members
- Proof of current address, such as a current utility bill (state identification cards do not count)
- Acceptable identification for children (includes social security card, birth certificate, school report card or health insurance card)
