People with emergency needs; residents of Crow Wing, Todd, and Morrison counties

Water bill help is only available in Crow Wing County.

Application Instructions

Pick up application or request application be mailed. Applications can be picked up and dropped off during these hours: 8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

Applications cannot be accepted over the phone or after hours.
