Shelter offering a safe space for battered women, their families and others who have experienced domestic abuse

Shelter services include:
- Protective residence for women and their children
- 24/7 crisis line: (218) 828-1216
- Accompaniment and support at court hearings
- Self-help support group for domestic violence victims
- Assists residents and non-residents with filling out and filing Orders for Protection and Harassment Restraining Orders with the court
Family pets are welcomed; pets that may be too large for the facility can be fostered until they can be reunited with their family.
