Support for those who live with a substance use disorder or a mental illness and are quitting nicotine
Description
Quit Partner coaches help individuals with a substance use disorder or mental illness understand their tobacco use in connection to moods, thoughts and behaviors.
They can also help order quit medications, develop coping techniques and a quit plan, provide relapse prevention tips and give support to help stay quit.
