Some clinics are certified as Health Care Homes, where primary care providers, families and patients work together to support wellness and improve health outcomes. Additional Information

A free evening clinic providing basic health care services in the Phillips Neighborhood staffed by University of Minnesota health professional students with supervision.

Patient services include:

  • Medical services such as physical exams, pediatric wellness visits, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions
  • Mental health assessments and counseling
  • Lab work
  • Nutrition, weight management, and smoking cessation
  • Physical and occupational therapy
  • Medication management

Spanish interpreters are available every night the clinic is open.

Assistance with filling out application forms for health insurance is also provided and homeless counseling and referrals to community resources.

Specialty clinic nights are occasionally offered that may include hearing testing, dermatology, foot care, ophthalmology and women's health.
