Description

Publicly funded organizations provide medically accurate education and clinical services, including pregnancy testing, all-options pregnancy counseling and referrals, birth control options, screening and laboratory tests, preconception care, testing and treatment for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and other Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD), and evidence-informed sexuality education.

• Testing and treatment of Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD)s
• Treatment is available for both male and female patients and Outlook Health Services will treat the partner of a patient who tests positive for a treatable STD.

Offers limited primary care services, including:

• Women's annual exams
• Breast exams
• Pelvic exams
• Pap smears

Eligibility
