Programming or supplies to help parents or potential parents succeed in the parenting role

This can include classes, workshops, information, educational opportunities, or equipment/supplies.

Additional Information

Offers support for:

  • First time parents
  • Pregnant and parenting teens
  • Families of color with a child under age 5
  • Families with at least one child under age 10
  • FATHER project - helps fathers in overcoming the barriers that prevent them from supporting their children emotionally and economically. Fathers receive intensive case management services and career development services providing access to supports and resources. Weekly parenting groups offer practical parenting skills and support from peer fathers in similar circumstance

  • Child and Teen Checkups (C&TC) Coordinators connect individuals to well-child care and screenings for eligible newborns, children and young adults
