Description

This is a privately owned building that provides rental housing to income eligible households that is lower than the market rate rent for the area. This type of affordable housing assistance may have additional eligibility requirements.

Additional Information

  • Oasis Case Managers are able to complete Coordinated Entry Assessments with youth ages 16 - 24 on-site. Call (952) 512-2061 for more information or visit during drop-in hours.

  • Oasis for Youth provides case management support and rental assistance to youth living in Richfield, Bloomington, Edina and surrounding suburbs who are at risk of losing their housing.

Foster Youth to Independence Housing Program is for youth 18 - 24 with foster care experience currently experiencing or at risk of homelessness that are housed in an apartment in their community with Housing Choice Vouchers.

Eligibility

Applicant must meet income limits set for the state funded affordable units. Check with the property management for specific income limits. Individual properties may have additional eligibility requirements.

Application Instructions

Youth are referred to the Oasis for Youth Scattered Site Housing Program through the Hennepin County Coordinated Entry system.
