Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) provide free and low-cost clinics in underserved areas, typically inner-cities and rural areas. They are designed to serve people who have limited access to healthcare such as the uninsured and underinsured, immigrants, migrant workers and people who live in public housing or are homeless. These medical clinics are paid for by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

About This Location

This clinic participates in Reach Out and Read Minnesota. Reach Out and Read is an evidence-based program in which pediatric healthcare providers give books and developmental guidance to children and their families at routine well-child visits from infancy through age five. Reach Out and Read is endorsed by the American Academy of Pediatrics and The American Academy of Family Physicians.

NorthPoint accepts most major medical and dental insurance plans.

Patients without insurance will not be turned away. If you are a low-income patient, you may be eligible for one of their reduced fee programs.

Dental care: Most insurance including Medical Assistance accepted. They also have a sliding fee payment (based on income) for people without insurance.
