Supportive services for expectant families typically include:
- Birthing and parenting classes
- New baby education
- Nutrition education
- Lactation and breastfeeding support
- Access to basic needs (diapers, car seats, baby clothing, formula)
- Referrals to community services

Services include:
- Prenatal education
- Referrals to area agencies for housing, employment, education
- 24-hour Hotline
- Baby clothes, diapers, baby supplies, limited household supplies and other items can be accessed through the Bright Course parenting program
- Parenting and life-skills education program
- Fatherhood Program
- Lactation consultation
- Prenatal vitamins
- Adoption services and education
