Additional Information
Promotes school readiness for children ages 1 - 5 years old through one on one education sessions and group learning opportunities.
- Small Steps provide early childhood education for children ages 12 months - 5 years old with the parents
- Skills for Schools provides children ages 3 -5 skills needed to get ready for kindergarten
- Thrive Visits provides families in-home visits where staff can identify child and family needs early and address health issues, provide extended learning and skill building, information about child development and help parents navigate the school system
