The National Center for Lesbian Rights provides free legal information and help to members of the Lesbian Gay Bisexual and/or Transgender (LGBT) community.
They can help if you are:
- Having a custody dispute
- Getting separated or divorced
- Have an asylum or immigration question
- Have other legal issues
Fact Sheets and other publications are available on the website, covering basic legal issues.
The Legal Help Line provides basic information about laws that affect LGBT people, including family law. It can tell you about resources available for people facing discrimination or other civil rights issues.
