Personal information and questions are kept private. Only the lawyer who answers your question will see your name.
Clients who meet the eligibility criteria can sign up and post a question.
All questions that are waiting for an answer are available to any registered volunteer lawyer to answer.
Lawyers provide information and basic legal advice without any expectation of long-term representation.

Eligibility
To be eligible individuals must:
- Be a Minnesota resident
- The user must have household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level
- Must be at least 14 years old
Application Instructions
New users can register online to find out if they can get help. You will be asked questions about yourself, your income, and your legal problem. All of your answers are confidential. Only the lawyer who answers your question will see your name.
