Supportive services for justice-impacted people and their families

Description

Offers reentry and incarceration support such as:

• Child support navigation to help in navigating the child support and paternity systems
• Community resource navigation to help establish connections with supportive community partners and their services
• A family navigator who is the key point of contact and support for families of incarcerated individuals

Also provides the Healthy Start program for eligible pregnant and post-partum incarcerated women.
