A monthly group pregnancy care class and postpartum support group is available to American Indian families in the Bemidji community.

Topics may include nutrition, exercise, labor and delivery, family roles and responsibilities, breastfeeding, and newborn care.

Anishinaabe doula staff are available to help with prenatal education, information and referrals and lactation support.
