Description

This program offers children in transition a safe and supportive temporary home. The goal is to reunify children to their family and community whenever possible.

While the child is in foster care, this service helps to:

  • Develop support systems for the family
  • Improve relationships with the school
  • Support the healthy development of the child

Eligibility

  • Youth from infancy - age 18 who are in need of out-of-home care
  • Youth and young adults with therapeutic need
  • Young adults aged 18 - 21 who meet certain eligibility requirements
