Women in Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca, and Watonwan counties, including:
- Displaced homemakers
- Non-displaced homemakers
- Hispanic women and youth

- Women transitioning from Welfare to Work
Fee
To Displaced Homemakers, services are free. For other women in transition, services are available for a modest fee. Child care and mileage reimbursement may be available to eligible participants.
