Additional Information

The Parenting Program Plus offers free classes with one-on-one coaching help for parents. Includes topics such as:

• Prenatal health and pregnancy
• Labor
• Newborn Care
• Newborn safety
• Nutrition, including breastfeeding information

Special programming is also available for Dads and Grandparents, with the program for dads covering budgeting, first aid and parenting skills.
