Application Instructions

Immunization clinics are offered at the Le Sueur County Public Health office at 130 S Park Ave, Le Center, MN 56057

Walk-in clinics are held the first Monday of every month from 8:30am - 3:30pm.

Shots are given other days by appointment.

Bring record of past immunizations.

Fee

There is a $20.00 charge per immunization and medical assistance plans are billed when clients are eligible.

The following vaccines are available to adults with or without insurance:

  • Hepatitis B - $60.00
  • Tdap- $54.00
  • Tuberculosis Screening: The skin test (mantoux) is done by appointment only. There is a $20 fee and the recipient must be able to return in 48 - 72 hours for the reading of the skin test.
