A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support.

Offers education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.

Services include:

  • Mother-to-mother help and support
  • Free telephone and email help
  • Monthly meetings for education and support
  • Latest breastfeeding research
  • Lending library of books on pregnancy and childbirth, breastfeeding, parenting and nutrition
  • Facebook community

Meeting topics change from month to month, and include information and discussions about advantages of breastfeeding, early days, common obstacles and difficulties, nursing into toddlerhood and beyond, nutrition and weaning.
